Niina Rantti is the Head of Climate Change & Sustainability Services in Finland. She and her team of +25 consultants are based in Helsinki.
Currently, Niina trains boards and executive committees on their roles and goals related to sustainability.
She has 15 years of experience of leading and managing various sustainability projects. Niina has provided advisory in ESG issues, ESG value creation possibilities, and ESG risks. She has also among others experience of developing sustainable strategies, executing impact assessments and setting up the sustainability targets & KPIs.
Prior joining EY in 2021, Niina has been working among others in Nordic Investment Bank, Metsä Group and the Financial Supervision Authority.
Niina has Master’s Degree in Economics (2012) and Bachelor of Communication (2005).
