Sami is the head of responsibility at UPM, where he leads a team managing corporate-level sustainability initiatives across UPM's global network. Having over 30 years of industry experience, he is a sustainability expert who is steering UPM towards a sustainable future.

Marileena Mäkelä, Senior lecturer, Jyväskylä School of Business and Economics & School of Resource Wisdom

Marileena Mäkelä is a senior lecturer at the Jyväskylä School of Business and Economics & School of Resource Wisdom. Her research interests include sustainability communications, circular economy, sustainability reporting, biodiversity, forest industry and futures images.

Senja Forsman-Katainen, Head of Sustainability, Lassila & Tikanoja

Senja Forman-Katainen leads sustainability at Lassila & Tikanoja. As the head of sustainability at the group level, she aims to enhance the company's operations to mitigate climate change, halt biodiversity loss, and promote human rights. L&T's mission is to make a circular economy a reality. By implementing circular economy solutions, we can influence mitigating climate change and preventing the loss of biodiversity.”

Nathalie Clément, Associate Partner, EY

Nathalie is the leader of EY Finland's Climate Change and Sustainability Services team. She has a long track record from Sustainability advisory and consulting as well as from leadership positions in listed companies. Her favourite task is to help customers identify business opportunities and ways of working in the green transition.
