She graduated from Bandung Institute of Technology (Industrial Engineering major) and earned her MBA degree from Simon School of Business, University of Rochester, USA.

She helps on designing organization structures, job evaluation and job grading, competency modeling, performance management, talent management, reward management and change management. Furthermore, her array of work is also accredited in behavioral event interviews, coding for competency and leadership development programs.
