Starting in 2015, Tamara joined the Workplace of the Future Steering Committee at EY Advisory S.p.A, improving spaces and fostering teamwork in the Milan office. She then brought her experience to the Business Marketing and Communication team, infusing events with emotional resonance. Leading the Italian Meeting and Events team, she helped ensure impactful summits for internal and external audiences.
Tamara pursued her studies alongside her work, graduating in Accounting and Management Services from Spiru-Haret University of Bucharest.
