All resident taxable persons for VAT purposes, in addition to any other party issuing tax invoices on behalf of a supplier subject to VAT, are required to follow the e-invoicing regulations in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
E-invoices need to be issued in Arabic. Other languages can be used in addition to Arabic language, such as in English, per the issuer’s preference.
