Dietmar is Partner and of Head of Real Estate of EY in Luxembourg. He is a seasoned tax professional with a long-standing track record of top-level client service.
Dietmar has over 24 years of experience in Luxembourg advising mainly Real Estate and Private Equity funds on international tax aspects, as well as international merger and acquisitions. He was the Head of financial services from 2010-2019 before being appointed as the Real Estate Sector leader in 2019.
Dietmar holds a degree in tax law, business taxation and auditing from the University of Saarland in Saarbrucken. He joined Andersen in 1994 (Andersen and Ernst & Young combined their activities in Luxembourg in July 2002). In 2004 he has been promoted to the partnership.
