Over the years, Osman has been leading several main projects such as process automation and harmonization of the daily accounting works. He has onboarded major key clients within ACR Luxembourg and built-up strong relationships. He is coordinating a large number of multinational clients.
Osman is leading for several years the learning and training induction programs for all the accounting courses. He also created several accounting WBLs accessible in Success Factor.
He has thorough knowledge of regulated/unregulated structures, in local GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP.
Osman is familiar with the review of group reporting packages, statutory stand-alone accounts as well as consolidated financial statements under Luxembourg GAAP and IFRS.
Osman is dedicated to further developing non-audit services around Managed Services with a specific focus to diversify the ACR business in the sectors of Infrastructure and Debt funds.
Osman joined EY Luxembourg in Tax ACR Practice in 2009. He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting, Control, and Audit from the Commercial Institute of Nancy (France). He is qualified as a Chartered Accountant and a member of the board of the “Ordre des Experts-Comptables” in Luxembourg and obtained the Luxembourgish Tax certifications.
Osman speaks French, English, and Turkish.
