As a Senior Manager in EY US Strategy and Transactions, Ben focuses on finding ways for the organization to leverage its deep pool of talent to help clients create value outside of the deal cycle. 

Helping to bring a holistic and global point of view for EY clients, he supports them in identifying value creation opportunities, understanding deal value through transaction pricing and fairness opinions, and navigating regulatory compliance by issuing valuations for tax and financial reporting valuations.

Prior to joining EY, Ben served another Big Four Firm where he advised clients on valuations in a variety of industries.

Having worked with companies ranging from closely-held domestic businesses to multinational Fortune 500 public companies, he is seasoned in business valuation, financial analysis and restructuring.

Ben earned his MBA in Financial Analysis; Strategy, Execution and Valuation from DePaul University's Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
