As EY UK&I Consumer Leader and member of the Performance, Markets and Investment Committee, Mona leads the firm’s Consumer Products and Retail strategy. Experienced in strategy and operational turnaround and business redesign for large corporates and private equity firms, she advises clients on how to drive significant performance improvement across a spectrum of high performing and stressed organizations. Mona also leads the EY UK Leaders’ Perspective series.
Most recently, Mona led the firm’s Reshaping Results offering and was the Ernst & Young LLP COVID-19 Client Response Leader. Before that, she oversaw the EY UK&I Strategy Practice and the Products and Services market for consulting services.
Mona has a PhD in Politics from the University of Nottingham.
