Agnest Chan has more than 15 years of experience in the IT and telecommunication industries. She founded Mexcomm in 2007, and under her leadership, Mexcomm has grown from a small company to become one of the top five companies in the telecommunications industry in Malaysia.
Today, Agnest is leading Mexcomm in the expansion of its operations coverage to the Asia Pacific region, including to China, the Middle-East, Brazil, Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) countries.
Agnest attributes her business success to consistently maximizing returns on investments, increasing productivity and pushing the company to higher levels.
In recognition of her achievements, Agnest has received the Top 50 Women of Excellence 2014 award; the Emerging Achievement award 2014; and was one of the Top 10 finalists of the JCI Creative Young Entrepreneur 2014 award.
