Netccentric Ltd

Timothy Tiah is the co-founder and CEO of Netccentric Ltd, the holding company for his and business partner, Ming’s, various web ventures. Netccentric listed on ASX in June 2015.

Timothy teamed up with Cheo Ming Shen to establish the blog advertising company Nuffnang in February 2007. Nuffnang’s rapid growth has led to a network currently comprising just under 1,000,000 bloggers in Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, the Philippines, China, Thailand and the UK.

In 2013, Netccentric launched Sashimi, a social media asset production company as well as the mobile blogging app, Dayre.

Netccentric now has over 200 full-time staff and houses several online businesses, including Nom Nom Media, the exclusive digital reseller of Nuffnang; Churp Churp, a social media advertising network; the design and web development arm, Ripplewerkz; and online video production house, ReelityTV.

Both Timothy and Ming were nominated by Businessweek as two of the 25 best young Asian entrepreneurs in 2007. Timothy was the youngest on the list of inspiring nominees at the age of 23 and was the only representative from Malaysia. Timothy has since gone on to win several other prestigious awards, including the JCI Creative Young Entrepreneur Award in 2009.
