He has over 25 years of experience in global compliance and reporting, as well as international tax services, serving organizations in various industries, including oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, technology and financial services.
Julian leads and participates in various tax technology and transformation initiatives for EY. He is responsible for the development and implementation of the EY Global Tax E-Invoicing Solution (GTES) in Malaysia, as well as other technology and AI solutions.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting) and Law (LLB). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
