Shawn leads the EY Americas Resiliency strategy across the United States, Canada, Israel and Latin America. With over 25 years of experience, Shawn has served in several client, industry and solution leadership roles, with a focus on technology companies.

In his current role, he helps organizations build resiliency by bringing together world-class teams from across different disciplines at the global EY organization. Shawn is a graduate of The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business with a BSBA in Accounting/MIS (Honors with Distinction) and Finance. Originally from Singapore, diversity and inclusion is dear to his heart. Prior to Ernst & Young LLP, he served as board chair for a nonprofit organization that provides comprehensive early care and education services for children throughout San Mateo County in California. He serves on the board of the Northern California Chapter of Ascend, the largest, nonprofitPan-Asian organization for business professionals in North America.
