Soo Fern Lee is the Talent Partner in Ernst & Young Consulting Sdn Bhd and the current EY Asean Diversity & Inclusiveness (D&I) Leader.

She began her career as an auditor and her professional accounting career spanned 10 years, including a five-year term with EY in Singapore.

Soo Fern’s unique experience, having been in both the service line and Talent function, puts her in good stead to accelerate the D&I agenda in EY.
