“The more digital organizations become, the more vulnerable they are to cyber criminals. My biggest motivation is to have an impact on our colleagues and clients. I try to ensure that clients make a big leap forward through a project, and that both the EY team and the client feel they have really learnt a lot. What is the ultimate goal? For clients to be able to stand on their own two feet and not really need us anymore.”

How Guill is building a better working world

“A cyber attack can have huge impacts for an organization. There are complex risks, which are always on the increase. No-one wants their crown jewels to fall into the wrong hands, to say nothing of the damage to reputation. Through our work, I’m making the Netherlands a bit safer. I think it is just as important that we should also help a number of non-profit organizations on a pro bono basis.”
