Experienced in transaction operational diligence, integrations, separations and transitions. Focuses on infrastructure, government and power and utilities. Diversity and inclusion advocate.

Larni is the EY Global Transaction Strategy & Execution Leader as well as EY Asia-Pacific Strategy and Transactions (SaT) Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Leader. She joined EY in 2006 and has more than 20 years of consulting experience. Larni assists her clients on integrations, separations and transitions in the government, infrastructure and power and utilities sectors by performing operational diligence and providing consulting advice on transactions. She advises on synergy assessments, integration and separation planning, operating model design, standalone costing, project management and strategic options assessments.

She has an MBA from the University of New England, a BA from UNSW and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors course.

How Larni is building a better working world

"As the Chair of an Asia-Pacific team called Include! 3.0, my aim is to increase diversity and inclusion in the Strategy and Transaction teams across the Area.
