Lenneke graduated in Direct Tax Law at the University of Leiden and joined EY right after graduation. Currently she holds the position of Partner within the Amsterdam Tax practice and co-leads the Netherlands Japan Business Services Tax team. In addition to her external client facing roles, Lenneke is also the Tax Quality leader for the entire Netherlands tax practice.
Lenneke is a highly experienced tax adviser focusing on the taxation of Japanese listed and privately held multinational groups (corporations and partnerships, branch taxation), Dutch domestic and cross border reorganizations & tax structuring. She has strong experience in coordinating European or worldwide tax projects including acquisitions / divestments, corporate restructuring, refinancing, treasury and business reorganizations.
