He works with transmission and distribution system operators, energy suppliers and ecosystem partners to design and deliver market platforms and digital capabilities.
Before joining EY, Leo held senior leadership roles in consulting, where he led utilities practices and major client accounts across Europe. Over more than 25 years, he has been at the core of key industry milestones, such as market liberalization with national data hubs, smart metering rollouts, rollout of the first national EV charging system and infrastructure in the Netherlands and decentralization of flexibility markets.
