Maarten is HR director of EY Netherlands and is therefore ultimately responsible for the HR policy pursued in the Netherlands. The broad scope of HR is his focus area. HR Consulting, Reward, Recruitment, Learning & Development, HR Enablement and HR Operations. In addition, Maarten also has a role in our European organization as ultimately responsible for Talent Delivery since 2024. This includes all digitalization projects of the European HR agenda.

Maarten followed an MBA at Nyenrode and has been with EY since 2022.
