Clair is a graduate of BS in Commerce – Accounting from Saint Louis University, Baguio City. She started her career as an auditor and has been seconded to the Arthur Anderson Head Office to specialize on Learning and Development and to the EY London office to work with the global Methodology and Standards Group.
She is the current Asia Pacific Methodology Leader for Assurance.
In the Philippines, she is the Firm’s Learning and Development Head, the Quality Enablement Leader for Assurance and the Climate Change and Sustainability Head.
How Clairma is building a better working world
Clair formalized the SGV L&D policies on training compliance, mandatory attendance, course accreditation and facilitators pool including the automation of CPD monitoring and notification.
She established the CCaSS practice in the Philippines. She is actively promoting ESG reporting and sustainable business practices in SGV and clients. She spearheaded the “SGV Goes Green” program to encourage sustainable mindset in the firm.
