EY Poland advised Abris Capital Partners in the acquisition process of Apaczka (R2G sp. z o.o.) - CEE leader in automation-driven online shipment platform

EY acted as the financial and tax advisor to Abris Capital Partners providing extensive transaction advisory. A group of several EY’s professionals led by Arkadiusz Strasz and Mikołaj Bokowy were engaged and focused on supporting Abris Capital Partners in the successful finalization of this transaction.

Abris Capital Partners is a leading independent private equity fund manager focused on mid-market opportunities in the major countries of Central & Eastern Europe.

Apaczka is the leading independent shipment platform in Poland, with opportunities to expand in CEE and Western Europe. Apaczka is a provider of an automation-driven platform to e-commerce shops and SME/SOHO customers, aimed to reduce the complexity of shipping logistics and to enable payment through a streamlined interface. The net sales of the company were approximately PLN 135 million in the fiscal year 2019. The company employs about 70 people, who are located in Poland.

The acquisition will result in Abris acquiring a majority stake from 21 Concordia and founders of Apaczka.
