EY advised Famoc S.A. in the process of acquisition of strategic investor

The acquirer is a Norwegian capital group - Techstep ASA. The transaction will be completed upon satisfaction of customary conditions precedent.

EY advised Famoc S.A. in the process of acquisition a new strategic investor. The acquirer is a Norwegian capital group - Techstep ASA. The transaction will be completed upon satisfaction of customary conditions precedent.

The EY team acting as the M&A advisor was: Sebastian Jasinowski, Mateusz Muszyński and Mateusz Strep (EY Strategy and Transactions). 

The legal advisory was provided by Magdalena Kasiarz, Jakub Organ and Natalia Poniatowicz-Ugolik from EY Law. 

Mikołaj Bokowy and Maksym Jabłkiewicz from EY Tax were acting as tax advisors.
