EY SaT Poland are delighted to announce that we have supported Value4Capital and Genesis Capital in an acquisition of 100% of shares in XBS Group, a Polish provider of supply chain management solutions from procurement through the warehouse to the end-customer.
A group of dedicated EY professionals provided financial and tax buy-side due diligence services for the transaction.
XBS Group operates six modern warehouses with a total area of 60,000 sqm in two perfectly connected locations in Poland. XBS offers comprehensive logistics, supply chain, finance and handling solutions tailored to its clients’ needs. The Group employs over 200 trained staff.
