Anna Palczewska

Anna is a Senior Associate at EY Law Poland. She is an attorney-at-law, a member of the District Bar Council (Okręgowa Rada Adwokacka) in Warsaw, experienced in providing comprehensive legal services for M&A and real estate transactions (due diligence, share / asset deals). She has also advised on many reorganization projects for major Polish and international corporations including in particular mergers, share for share exchange and transformations of companies.

Anna has also a vast experience in working for entities from many different sectors including construction, services, transport and logistics. She has a broad experience in providing legal support on daily bases to both Polish and foreign companies, including developers, real estate funds, investors on the commercial real estate market and construction companies. She has advised Polish and foreign Clients in the field of corporate law and also provided ongoing legal services for the companies in capital groups. Anna is a candidate for CCIM Commercial Real Estate's Global Standard and a scholar of the Foundation pour le droit Continental in Paris.
