From the beginning of her professional career, Eliza has consistently focused on the areas of HR and talent management, supporting global corporations as well as local entrepreneurs in implementing human resource management policies, developing and managing employee mobility, effective employee motivation systems, and employer branding.
She has assisted many leading brands in their entry into the Polish market and expansion, co-participating in establishing and implementing elements of HR strategy.
She believes that valuable relationships combined with specialization are the guarantee of success. She constantly seeks new inspirations and derives satisfaction from implementing innovations and business transformations in which she actively participates.
For several years, she has been focusing on digital innovations and technological solutions that support the HR function and improve employee experience.
She joined the EY team in 2006, right after graduating from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Banking.
