Previously, he worked as Head of Supply Chain & Operations and Finance Transformation Teams at EY Polska, and then as Head of Performance Improvement.
Jon is one of our company's leaders in managing multidisciplinary projects such as designing operating models and relocating companies. This includes considering the entire value chain, including designing an appropriate operating model that takes into account the operational, technological and tax impacts.
He has almost 20 years of international supply chain consulting experience and has been based in London, New York and Warsaw. He has led projects in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Jon graduated from Loughborough University School of Business and Economics, in Management Sciences BSC(Hons) covering Operational Research, Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, General Management and Human Resources.
