Justyna has conducted numerous internal investigations in Poland and abroad concerning white-collar crimes and other irregularities. She advises in connection with crisis situations and risk management. She has many years of experience in litigation, criminal proceedings and administrative proceedings before regulators and other authorities, in particular for entities in the medical-pharmaceutical industry, financial market and FMCG sector.
She has extensive experience in economic sanctions and regulatory matters, in particular with regard to authorizations, regulatory requirements and inspections. She advises clients on compliance, including having conducted numerous compliance audits (including for pending M&A transactions).
