Maciej graduated from Warsaw School of Economics with a Master’s degree in Economics. He has over 10 years of work experience in macroeconomic analysis. Maciej is involved in the development of the quarterly European and Global Economic Outlooks with a focus on CEE economies forecasts and analysis. He also engages in macroeconomic modeling projects, utilizing IMF-aligned frameworks. He joined EY in September 2024, previously was a senior economist at the banking sector, where he co-authored macroeconomic analyses and provided forecasts on monetary policy, GDP growth, and the labor market. From 2015 to 2018, he worked in the public administration, contributing to macroeconomic analysis and fiscal policy assessments.
