Magdalena is an advocate and licensed restructuring advisor in Poland. She has over 18 years of experience in providing legal advice to both Polish and foreign legal entities, especially operating in the civil law, corporate and commercial contracts, as well as restructuring and insolvency law.
Magdalena’s experience includes advising on the sale, reorganization and liquidation of companies with international capital, advising on the restructuring of capital groups, including mergers, de-mergers and transformations of companies and cross-border mergers. She also has profound experience in preparing applications, coordinating with regulators, negotiating with creditors and preparing finance agreements.
Magdalena was recognized in the Legal 500 ranking in the Commercial, Corporate and M&A, Restructuring and Insolvency and Banking and Finance categories.
She is the author of numerous articles and legal commentaries in the field of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and bankruptcy.

Magdalena is building a better working world by helping companies tackle their financial and legal challenges. This is her personal mission that she works toward daily. Magdalena takes part in various pro bono initiatives and activities, mainly directed to companies in financial distress. She is also a mentor in the Early Warning Europe program.
