Magdalena is an Associate Partner in Tax Advisory and a licensed tax advisor.
She specializes in taxation of international transactions, including issues related to the withholding tax and MDR. She conducts complex projects in the area of intragroup reorganization as well as sale/acquisition of assets (M&A). She provides advice to investors entering the Polish market as well as to Polish entrepreneurs entering foreign markets.
She gained extensive experience in implementing strategic processes in organizations operating in various industries, including in particular the retail trade and consumer goods sectors (CPR). She also advises multinational clients on current tax issues.
A graduate of Warsaw University, she also studied at universities in Bonn and Chicago.
