How Martin is building a better working world

“As a tax controversy lawyer, I often help my clients through challenging situations that are by their very nature, rather confrontative than cooperative. Whether in my client work or when it comes to teaming within the organization, I believe in trust and transparency as the glue of effective communication that holds together all relationships. Fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where all differences are valued is at the core of how EY teams work. It helps to attract legal talent and is the reason why I enjoy being part of the EY EMEIA FSO Legal Services team.”
