Justyna is the Leader of the Intellectual Property, Technology and Personal Data Team at EY Law. She advises Polish and international corporations in the field of intellectual property protection and implementation of new technologies.
Justyna is recommended in the international rankings of Chambers Global, Chambers Europe, Legal 500, I AM Patent, WTR 1000 for excellent client representation. Justyna is the author of numerous publications, both domestic and foreign, including expert opinions on the identification of legislative barriers for 5G technology prepared for the Institute of Communications and the Ministry of Digitization, the Chambers Global Cybersecurity report, Data Protection and Privacy 2020 Guides.
Justyna is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America, and the International Trade and Business Summer Program - Columbus School of Law, Catholic University of America. She also completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics, Polish and European Company Law, as well as doctoral studies at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw.
