Piotr Podsiadło

Piotr advises both Polish and foreign clients from different sectors on a range of restructuring and insolvency matters. He provides exceptional client service across this practice area making him a valuable asset when it comes to such transactions as the acquisition of distressed assets. His restructuring expertise includes negotiating restructuring terms with creditors, providing comprehensive services in judicial restructuring proceedings and negotiating strategic investments into struggling Polish entities. He also supports international and Polish clients in M&A processes, representing both buyers and sellers in share deals and asset deals at every stage of the transaction. Piotr specializes in transactions involving the acquisition of distressed assets and companies in bankruptcy or restructuring.

Piotr won several legal awards and is already a known figure in the Polish legal market (i.a. he was recognised as a key lawyer in Restructuring and Insolvency by The Legal 500).

Piotr is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University. Since 2019, he has been practicing as an advocate and he is a member of the District Bar Council in Warsaw.
