Susan is an accomplished strategist, consultant, governing board member and thought leader who leads major accounts for the global EY organization and serves as director of the Center for Health Outcomes Optimization.
Her career in life sciences spans over 25 years. Currently, she works with the health and life sciences clients on pioneering strategies and commercial transformation programs that leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and other technologies.
Prior to joining EY US in 2015, she held various executive positions at consulting firms and life sciences and healthcare companies.
She received a DrPH in Health Policy and Management from Boston University’s School of Public Health and an SM in Health Policy and Management from Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health. She also has an MSc in Population and Development from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in English and Women’s Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.

She is also a regular speaker and published writer on improving patient experiences, health systems and optimizing health outcomes using technologies.
In addition, she is a member of the EY Governing Board and sits on Boston University School of Public Health Dean’s Advisory Board, along with several other service roles in her community.
