The year 2025 has witnessed a series of major legislative changes in Vietnam’s tax and labor landscape. Key tax laws with broad implications for businesses, including the Law on Value Added Tax (VAT) 2025 and the Law on Corporate Income Tax (CIT) 2025, have been officially enacted and are now in force. Beside the Law on Social Insurance 2024 and the Law on Health Insurance 2024 came into effect mid-year, the newly promulgated Law on Employment 2025 is scheduled to take effect from January 2026. In addition, these developments are accompanied by notable amendments to regulations governing customs, electronic invoicing, transfer pricing, and tax administration.
In this context, EY Consulting Vietnam Joint Stock Company (EY Consulting VN) and the Vietnam CFO Club cordially invite you to participate in the annual Tax & Customs Symposium 2025, themed “Overview of major tax & customs reforms” on 18 September 2025 in Hanoi.
This event will provide businesses with the latest updates on Tax regulations, including VAT, CIT, and transfer pricing, Customs procedures and compliance, and Labor-related policies, including social and health insurance reforms.
