Anh is an Associate Partner, EY Law Vietnam Limited Liability Company (EY Law Vietnam). Anh has more than 14 years of experience, experienced in corporate/M&A and capital markets, and have acted for foreign and domestic clients across a wide range of sectors on various transactions in Vietnam, including public and private M&A, joint ventures, greenfield investments and company re-structuring.
In capital markets, Anh has advised the issuers or the arrangers in a number of Rule 144A and Regulation S international placement with HOSE listing and some overseas IPO and listing transactions.
Before joining EY Law Vietnam, Anh was a senior associate at one of top-tier law firms in Vietnam, and a senior lawyer at a top Korean law firm.
Anh holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Hanoi Law University and a Master of Law (LLM) from the BPP University Law School. He is a member of the Hanoi Bar Association.
