Chuong is Indochina Consluting Leader at Ernst & Young Vietnam Limited (EY Vietnam). 

Chuong has wealth of experience with multinational companies (MNCs), state-owned enterprises (SOEs), large local groups and public companies in various sectors, including construction, real estate, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, media and entertainment, and telecommunications.

Chuong has extensive knowledge of internal and external audit, such as International financial reporting standards (IFRS), French generally accepted accounting principles (GAPP), Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS), as well as corporate governance and risk management through working experience both in Europe and Asia. He provides consulting on practical corporate governance issues to Vietnamese SOEs and on restructuring to private companies.

Chuong has a PhD of Economics, specialized in Business Management from the University of Perpignan, France and is a fellow member of Certified Practising Accountants of Australia (FCPA).
