How Hieu is shaping the future with confidence

Hieu shape the future with confidence by de‑risking transformative projects through rigorous, investor‑grade execution and other financers.

Hieu had led negotiations on majority acquisitions in Vietnam’s renewables sector and steered DPPA and LNG agreements that created bankable pathways for growth.

Hieu brought a litigator’s discipline to complex disputes, having acted as lead counsel in an approximately US$200 million arbitration and subsequent court proceedings that resulted in the award being set aside.

At EY, Hieu has applied this in‑house and project‑finance experience to align strategy, contracts and compliance from day one – while mentoring teams to deliver precise, solutions‑oriented advice that stands up in boardrooms, courtrooms and regulatory reviews.
