Long is a Transfer Pricing Partner at EY Consulting Vietnam Joint Stock Company (EY Consulting VN).
He has more than 15 years of experience in providing tax and transfer pricing (TP) services to multinational and large public clients, focusing on compliance, TP audit assistance, advisory in advance pricing arrangements and global TP planning.
He also provides recommendations to government financial authorities on tax legislation, corporate income tax (CIT), value added tax (VAT) and TP decrees.
He holds an MSc in Business Administration from La Trobe University of Australia and an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting (United Kingdom) from the Chartered institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
He is a member of the Vietnam Association of Certified Public Accountants (VACPA) and was granted a Tax Agent Practising Certificate by the General Department of Taxation of Vietnam.
