Long is a Partner, Transfer Pricing, EY Consulting Vietnam Joint Stock Company (EY Consulting VN) - Hanoi office. He has more than 18 years of experience in providing tax and transfer pricing (TP) services to multinational and large public clients, focusing on compliance, TP audit assistance, advisory in advance pricing arrangements (APA) consulting and global transfer pricing planning.
He has also provided recommendations on the amendment of current regulations regarding corporate income tax (CIT), value added tax (VAT) and TP decrees.
In addition to his role at EY Consulting VN, Long is leading the “Doing business in Vietnam” project in cooperation with the Foreign Investment Agency, Ministry of Investment and Planning since 2020. The publication has been presented in investment forums of the Vietnam’s Prime Minister in 8th World Investment Forum in UAE in 2023 and several investment forums.

He holds an Bachelor of Arts with major in Auditing (National Economics University) and MSc in Business Administration from La Trobe University of Australia. In addition, he is a Certified Public Accountant (Ministry of Finance, Vietnam) and holds a Tax Agent Practicing Certificate (General Department of Taxation, Vietnam). He also earned an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting (United Kingdom) from the Chartered institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
