Nitin is a Risk and Regulatory Transformation Leader at Ernst & Young LLP with over 15 years’ experience in leading turnaround of complex regulatory, risk and strategic transformation in capital markets, banking and wealth management. Examples include Basel 3 and 3.1, CRD IV, IBOR and MiFID II.
He has developed an exceptional combination of deep domain, business and product knowledge, hands-on experience in data, technology and operations along with regulatory programme delivery, working directly with Programme Directors and CXOs (sponsors).
He holds a prestigious Masters in Finance degree from London Business School with a double major in Quantitative Finance and Investments. He also holds an MSc in Business Informatics and an Engineering degree in Technology.

Nitin is passionate about data and technology-enabled risk and regulatory transformation; providing practical advice to his clients to help them meet their strategic goals and often leads turnaround of strategic and complex transformation initiatives. This includes engagement with regulators, regulatory applications, programme mobilization, health-checks, governance, planning, target operating definition and delivery.
Nitin is passionate about developing talent. He has been a mentor and coach of multiple junior colleagues in his engagements. He has led training of over 150 EY colleagues in topics such as IBOR and Agile (Scrum).
