Takahisa Onose is Japan Business Services Partner at Ernst & Young Vietnam Limited (EY Vietnam). He provides services to more than 1,000 Japanese clients in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, building on more than 15 years of professional management experience.
Onose oversees service provision to a wide-ranging client base, including large companies and small and medium enterprises (SMEs) alike. He is also the chairman of the Finance-Tax & Customs Committee of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI) in Ho Chi Minh City.
Onose worked for a Big Four firm as an auditor in Japan before joining Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC in Japan in May 2006. As a member of EY Global Desk, Onose assisted the Japanese Business Services network across the globe. Onose worked for EY Indonesia since December 2006 before joining EY Vietnam in 2011.
How Onose is building a better working world
In his role, Onose provides consultation and support services to audit, tax, business risk consulting and strategy and transactions to clients. Through this engagement, he works to help ensure service excellence for EY's Japanese partners.
