Tung has 18 years of professional experience in working closely with companies operating in diverse industries such as real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, retail, telecommunication and many other large sectors. He has been working closely with local authorities and state-owned enterprises relating to policy advice and accounting and auditing development in Vietnam.
Tung is also knowledgeable on International Financial Reporting Standards, US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US. GAAP) and Vietnamese Accounting Systems (VAS). He possesses deep knowledge on Vietnamese business environment including public entities, private equity, state-owned enterprises, governmental laws, regulations and development policies.
He has eight years working with local groups in various fund-raising projects, including initial public offering (IPO) and bonds for both local and international offering, and group restructuring projects to adapt with various business objectives.
Tung is leveraging his experience, knowhow and EY supporting technologies to bring the better version of the EY teams to our clients. Via his experience in completed IPO and fund raising projects, both local and international, he will bring EY innovative solutions and point of view to Vietnam market.
