Alexander Hayward
EY Global Enablement Leader for Family Enterprise
Alexander Hayward has worked as consultant to family businesses and family offices in EMEIA and Asia-Pacific for the past 10 years, addressing the spectrum of challenges related to growth and long-term success. In his current role, he implements the delivery of consulting services and thought leadership within the EY Family Enterprise and Family Office Advisory offerings.
Alexander has also led research initiatives, such as family office benchmarking and enterprise risk mapping, to help pool leading practices and knowledge from the world’s largest family businesses. He has published a number of articles and hosted thought leadership summits at academic institutions such as IESE and Harvard.
Alexander has also helped create pragmatic tools for families to tackle challenges and opportunities, especially in the design of next generation education programs. This has included a training program for daughters to assume roles on the business board.
