An experienced professional in next generation advisory, education and ownership strategies, Lauri Oinaala leads the EY Global Next Generation services that help support and advise future leaders on their individual paths toward success.
Experienced in governance, succession planning and strategic growth issues faced by family businesses and their individual owners, he also heads EY NextGen Academy, the organization’s market-leading global program for next generation professionals.
Prior to joining EY in 2012, Lauri worked with family businesses and their owners for more than 10 years in advisory capacities.
