Alessia Berardi - Finance Transformation Manager at Stellantis
Alessia is currently leading the transformation of the Finance Organization in Europe in the Stellantis Group. She has an extensive experience in managerial position in finance controlling.
Alessia holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration from the University of study of Turin and has the Lean Six Sigma Black belt certification from the University of Michigan College of engineering.

Alexandra has recently joined National Gas as Head of Finance Transformation, having previously worked for SSP Group and Compass Group. She has worked within the finance transformation and change space for over 20 years, leading both finance and technology teams within a variety programmes, including global systems and process roll outs and BPO outsourcing.
Anne-Marie Bogert - Finance Transformation Office Lead at Merck Group
Anne-Marie Bogert is a finance transformation leader, currently serving as the Finance Transformation Office Lead and Business Program Lead Deputy for a major Financial Reporting program at Merck Group. In this role, she drives the strategic coordination and value realization across a broad range of initiatives aimed at enhancing the financial reporting capabilities end-to-end. Master Applied Economics, further education in taxation and company law. Bart joined Imec in 2000 after 5 years working experience in financial audit. He has held several finance positions within imec and is now responsible for corporate finance, which includes linking strategy to finance through long range plans and also finance lead, coordinating the internationalization of the imec group. Additionally he is responsible for external reporting (statutory, CSRD, State aid regulations) and financial and tax compliance.

Efstratios Thomadakis, CFO at Viohalco
Mr. Thomadakis studied Business Administration and holds an MBA. He joined Viohalco in 2000. Since then, he has held various managerial positions in the financial department, whilst in 2010 became the CFO of the Sidenor Group, Viohalco’s steel business segment. He is also member of the Board of Directors of several Viohalco subsidiaries, such as Sidenor Industry S.A. Currently he assumes the role of Viohalco Chief Financial Officer.

Frank is the lead Finance Consulting Partner for EMEIA. He also leads the CFO Program in the EMEIA Area from the Amsterdam office where he is based. At EY, Frank focuses on helping CFOs and their finance teams transform their finance functions.
