The focus of our program are the challenges ahead of employers, the effect of COVID-19, the hybrid work models as well as the expected return to travel and their impact on personal and corporate taxes, social security, payroll, labor law and business immigration in the context of global trends in human resource management and the completely changed work environment.

The program is based on webinar sessions of your choice and need, including questions and answers on the topics presented, as well as examples from practice. The program is conducted in Bulgarian, but we also have the opportunity for English-language sessions. The program is designed for HR professionals, tax directors, accountants, and other professionals dealing with the staff of the companies. A certificate will be issued to participants at the end of each module. Upon successful completion of the entire program, an EY HR Academy diploma will be issued.

Learning outcome

The training program includes the following modules:

Module 1, 17 - 21 January 2022 - International talent mobility in the new work realities
Module 2, 7 - 11 February 2022 - Talent recruitment and retention solutions
Module 3 , 21 - 25 February 2022 - Challenges in administering employment relations and calculating remuneration

Duration: 90 min per webinar session

Price per participant: EUR 350 excl. VAT* per module
