About the competition
The 2020-2021 EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year global final competition will take place in February 2021.
The first phase of the competition takes place in local countries. Finalists are challenged to think critically and to come up with creative solutions for complex problems. They will undertake both group and individual challenges, to give them the opportunity to demonstrate how they can contribute to a high-performing team and build a better working world.
The country winners for the 2020-2021 competition are then invited to attend the global final to represent their country. They'll work together to solve problems for a real client, culminating in a celebratory announcement of the 2021 EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year global winner.
The global winner will embark on an all-expenses-paid once-in-a-lifetime global internship. The month-long experience will take her across the globe to work with Strategy and Transactions teams in multiple locations as they help clients build a better working world.
