Edwina is the Chief Customer Success Officer at EY. She’s responsible for the markets strategy and business development activities for EY’s Advisory consulting business, which covers 140 countries and 60,000+ people. She leads the 17 sectors that Advisory serves, bringing insights and creating communities of industry specialists to our accounts. Additionally, Edwina leads our solutions development and activation, capturing the best of EY and our ecosystem of partnerships into solutions which are backed with advanced technology products to address our clients’ biggest issues. 

Previously, Edwina ran EY’s IT Strategy practice in London and spent 15 years in financial services as the CEO, COO and CIO of multiple European life assurance companies.  She also held many non-executive director roles on the boards of US and European reinsurance companies.

Edwina is the founder of the EY Educating Girls initiative, which has raised over $50,000 to put 30 girls from an orphanage in India through high school and college, and she has served on the board of the Innovation Value Institute. She is a patron of the Irish Arts Center in New York.

Edwina holds a computer science degree and M.A. from Trinity College Dublin and has attended the Harvard Business School, the London Business School and INSEAD in Paris for executive education in strategic leadership.
