Grace Kwok is the Chair and Executive Director of Allied Sustainability and Environmental Consultants Group Limited, as well as the Chief Sustainability Strategist of AEC Capital. Founded in 1994, Allied Environmental Consultants (AEC) is a Hong Kong-based sustainability and environmental consulting firm that provides one-stop on-demand services across five key areas: green and healthy building, acoustics and audiovisual planning, environmental consultancy and sustainable design, green finance and ESG, and smart and green IoT.

Motivated by a vision to create a sustainable future, Grace founded AEC Group to leverage her environmental engineering experience in transforming the building and finance sectors. Significant milestones include leading the company's IPO in 2016, pioneering various green building rating adaptations in Hong Kong and expanding operations throughout the Asia-Pacific region. She successfully navigated challenges in promoting sustainability concepts during their early stages. Inspired by her collaborators in academia, industry and finance, Grace is dedicated to fostering cross-sector collaboration for meaningful change.

Grace currently chairs the HKSAR Environmental Campaign Committee and serves on the Advisory Council on the Environment and the Energy Advisory Committee. She is also a board director of the Hong Kong Green Building Council and the World Green Building Council. Her accolades include the HKMA Sustainability Leader of the Year 2021 and the APEC Bio-Circular-Green Award 2023.

In the next three to five years, Grace plans to significantly scale the business by expanding into new markets, increasing market share, creating skilled jobs and leveraging technology to enhance climate resilience and equitable development.
