How David is building a better working world

David has been working very closely with fellow partners (both within Tax and other Services Lines) to provide all-round and value-added solutions to our clients. He has also been active connecting with relevant business associations and government bodies to organize seminars and public events to share our views and observations to the different sectors of the communities including HKVCA, the Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association, the Chinese Financial Association of Hong Kong, the Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies, Junior Chamber International Hong Kong, and the US Consulate General Hong Kong & Macau.

David has also been focusing on our people development and welfare. David launched an internal professional experience and satisfaction survey in 2018 for the Core Tax practice in Hong Kong. With the assistance of the Talent Team, David also reviewed the implementation protocol of Talent related policies within the Hong Kong Core Tax Department and proposed new initiatives as well as amendments to the protocol, which are friendlier to our people.
